Ian Clampett is a local San Diego surfer who started surfing at the age of 13. Ian is also the Adoni Clothing representative for the San Diego area. Growing up, surfing was always an important part of his life that allowed him to enjoy the beauty of nature that God has given us.

Throughout high school he entered surf competitions with his good buddies at the local beaches. Ian enjoyed the competitions at first, but decided that it was not his passion to continually compete as a part of his surfing career. Shortly thereafter, Ian began hanging out with Adoni’s founders Matt and Taylor and embraced the vision they had to reach out to people in the surfing world. Because Adoni is rooted in love and spreading that love to other people, Ian harmonized with that passion that Adoni has and is proud to be apart of their team. Ian continuously strives for Christ’s heart and believes that all things must be done in love. “And if I have the gift of prophecy, and know all mysteries and all knowledge; and if I have all faith, so as to remove mountains, but have not love, I am nothing.” (1 Corinthians 13:2) For Ian, surfing has become a means to reach out to the people of San Diego. As a new college student at UCSD who is living in La Jolla, CA, Ian is excited to be apart of Adoni’s mission, whether he’s shreddin’ it up at Black’s Beach, Swami’s, or Solana Beach.
